They’re reliable but more expensive than Uber. I use them ONLY on the way to the airport, never coming from the airport, and I will say why-
One time, as soon as I landed, my driver called me at LEAST 10 times badgering me to hurry up and it was so bad I told him to shut up and stop bothering me. It pissed me off. I’m paying 1.5x the cost of what an Uber would be AND I’m told I have a 30 minute grace period after I land, why the hell am I being badgered to hurry up?
All in all, I give them 3 stars because of that incident. I will not use them from the airport.

Last Tuesday I scheduled a Limo ride pick up for my Mom as she is 92 years old and we were taking her to visit sister in Phoenix. The driver came at the scheduled time and helped us get settled into his ride.... Then we had a pleasant drive to the airport, chatting on and off about Life.
