Smart Tips
For Booking Wedding transportation

- TIMELINE
Start planning transportation early—ideally 4 to 6 months before the wedding. Think about where hair, makeup, and photos will happen and build in some extra time for delays. If it’s prom or holiday season, book even earlier.
Tip: Ask the photographer how much time to set aside for photos.

- BUDGET
Prices vary based on hours, distance, and vehicle type. We usually require a 3–6 hour minimum. Check the limo size to make sure the bridal party fits comfortably.
Tip: Ask our team to show you photos or videos of the car.

- THE DETAILS
Use our Wedding “Quote & Booking” tool (top menu) to get a written quote. Just select your vehicles and enter the basic trip info to get a solid price estimate. Our team will follow up to answer any questions and help you plan.
Tip: Be cautious of very low prices or cash discounts—especially if they also ask for a credit card. It could be a scam. Always confirm the driver is licensed and insured.
- GET READY
Once you’re ready to book, our team will go over every detail and send you a contract to review and approve. Share it with the bridal party too. Don’t call the bride on the wedding day—let the MOH or planner handle it.
Tip: Tell us who we should contact in case anything comes up.
- MAKE IT SPECIAL
Want something unique? Consider a trolley, vintage car, or a carriage. You can also surprise the couple with a luxury car for their big entrance.
- GUESTS & EXTRAS
Some guests may want to leave early, others may stay late. It’s smart to have a backup car. If the budget is tight, think about shuttle buses or carpools. Be sure guests have our 24/7 number in case they need a ride.
Tip: We offer discounted backup vehicles for early returns or missed shuttles.
